The Hahira Historical Society, founded in 1998, is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Hahira and northwest Lowndes County, Georgia. The Society collects, safeguards, and interprets local photographs, documents, and artifacts, and offers educational programs and public exhibits to foster community pride and historical awareness.
