About

Founded in 1900 by Ida Hulery Fletcher she would soon see potential in one of her students Llewellyn George and make him partner in 1901. With George's assessible writing and Fletcher's marketing, the School thrived until a split in 1911. George would leave the School to form his own publishing house and school in 1912: THe Llewellyn Publishing Co. and Llewellyn College of Astrology.

In 1901, Fletcher’s student Llewellyn George made an impression on her and she would invite him to become a partner of the School. Other key figures associated with this school are Lewis H. Weston and W.H. Chaney. In October 1911 and for unknown reasons, Llewellyn George would sever his ties with the School and its publishing arm, Bulletina Publishing Co.
