The first meeting to discuss the formation of a networking orgranization to coordinate and assist in efforts to bring open Pagan workship to those who seek it, was held August 29, 1990 in Redmond, Washington during the Pagan Church Connference. The name was a proposal prior to the meeting used in announcements.
