Loy Dean Stone was born December 8, 1929 in Pampa, Texas and died March 26, 1983 in Dimmitt, Texas. He was High Priest of Arianhu Church of Wicca and President of The Church of Wicca in 1977 after the reorganization of the Church and School of Wicca founded by Gavin Frost.
