Paul narrates the reason's behind the publication of Rituals & Declarations, why it was extended to eight issues from the originally planned four, and how current events and thoughts are in need of change and the adversaries currently trying to create change in the oppressive direction.

Originally intended to be only four issues Rituals and Declarations was extended one year due to the pandemic. The first issue of the quarterly publication was Volume 1, Issue 1 (Winter 2019/2020), published by Lazarus Corporation, Brighton, UK, and ended with Volume 2, Issue 4 (Winter/Spring 2022)

Founded in 2019 by writer and editor Maria J. Pérez Cuervo, with art direction by Nathaniel Hébert, HELLEBORE is a small press devoted to British folk horror and the occult.
