Louis Schmier performs as Adam Smith in an 18th Century costume answering questions and lecturing to a class of students. Recorded some time in the 1990's at Valdosta State University courtesy of the Valdosta State University History Department. Scope and Contents

Louis Schmier was a professor of history at Valdosta State University for 45 years. He retired in 2013 and donated a large collection of materials to the VSU Archives and Special Collections. This is comprised of novels about World War II, Journal articles about World War I, and sources about German history relating to World War II. In addition there are costumes he used when teaching and posters from the VSC "Week of Seminars" events in the 1970's.
