Various letters concerning transactions, land prices, land development, and stock exchanges were included along with letters to M.E. Thompson's son. One letter contained two checks made out to the I.R.S. on M.E. Thompson Jr.'s behalf and the other was to inform his son that he was giving him one hundred shares of his National Preferred Stock.
