2. B/W sepia 9" x 6.75" photograph. Right side ripped, bends. Exterior--West Hall. Eight female students in winter uniforms stand on the steps of West Hall. "The Court - The Student Self-Government. 'The government of the student body is a form of student self-government. There are certain specific regulation . . . neccessary for the protection of students either from the thoughtlessness of fellow students or from outside interference, or else to guarentee promptness and efficiency in the co-operation of the whole group.
