The original is mostly taped together, but page 9/10 is ripped in half, with some of the middle missing. Contians pages 1-27. The headline for the paper is "Robeson Facing New Ban!" An article on W.C. Handy's will is located on page 2. Judicial proceedings cover much of the paper including a will being read, as well as rulings on falsification charges and job bias. Also included in this grouping are gossip columns, personal editorials and other articles. Education, segregation and race-related issues are the main focus of these articles. There are also several large ads throughout the paper.
