Scope and Contents

This folder contains various forms of advertising for the diferent places that exhibited the Paul R. Jones Collection.

The first item, undated, is two copies of the Sweet Aubun Street of Pride art exhibit at The Apex.

The second item, 1988, is two copies of "The Paul Jones Collection" is an invitation/advertisment for an exhibition of Paul Jones' collection displayed at the KISS 104 studio in Atlanta, Ga.

The third item is a brochure from a 1990 showing of the Paul Jones Collection at the Frederick Douglass High School in Atlanta, Ga.

The fourth item is a small booklet, from 1991, for a showing of African American photographs that Paul Jones collected (2 copies).

The fifth item (3 copies) is a showing of Paul Jones' collection of PH Polk works in 1995 at the Atlanta University Center Robert W. Woodruff Library. In 2005, Paul Jones' collection was shown at the Afircan Diaspora in Birmingham, AL.

The sixth item is a pamphlet for a showing at the University of Delware in 2006.
