Scope and Contents
The LibQUAL+ 2017 Report encapsulates the results of the user satisfaction survey conducted by Odum Library to ascertain the quality of service and identify areas for improvement. The report is part of an ongoing effort, with surveys conducted every other year, to uphold high service standards and enhance the library experience for patrons.
