- The new residence of [illegible] Messrs. J.F. [illegible] and Henry Briggs have assumed enough shape to show what handsome homes they will be when fully completed. - Picture of the plans for Lowndes New Court House. It is to be one of the Handsomest Public Buildings in the State and to Cost Not More Than 50,000 dollars. It is Expected That Work Will Begin Upon it by March 1st 1901.
