Scope and Contents
This is a collection of photographs. Most seem from the Class of 1919, including a framed composite. There are black and white (sepia) photographs of the early school in the 'teens, including photographs of students and teachers, as well as school dramatic productions. Augusta Brown and Minnie Ruth Brown seem to be featured in some of the photographs. The name Lane is not prominent in any of the phototgraphs or documents. Abstract
Family photos and genealogical assets for the family of Joyce and George Aigen. Includes interviews with George Aigen. George Aigen served in World War II between 1944-1946. (Company B, 1269th Combat Engineer Battalion, 6th Army Group; 44th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Brigade) He participated in the liberation of the Dachau concentration camp, April 29, 1945. The personal narratives of George Aigen are part of the Veteran's History Project (AFCX/2001/001/95454) at the Library of Congress.
