1 map: color; 17 1/2" x 14 3/8" Published: Philadelphia, PA; S. Augustus Mitchell Map # 33 comes from Mitchell's New Universal Atlas (1846). It shows Chili, La Plata, and Uruguay. The countries borders are outlined with a thick red line. The map features capitals, important towns, as well as geogrpahic features such as rivers, mountains etc. There are also in depth explanations of the names of places, and peoples. The lower right corner has an inset of the south part of Patagonia. The bottom of the map shows Longitude East from Washington. The map has a green border.
