Hidden History Tours
Scope and Contents
The VSU Archvies department first implemented Hidden History Tours in 2007 as a way to connect students and VSU supporters to people and places in the university’s past through offering secret or limited access to parts of the campus not frequently allowed. Guides would take small tour groups throughout campus which was decorated with life-size pictures from the past. Costumed figures from VSU's history would appear along the way, connecting individuals to the unique history of Valdosta State. This collection houses signs, schedules, books, and pictures from the event.
