Scope and Contents

Obadiah Moye was an early 19th century resident of Southeast Georgia. His birthdate is uncertain though possibly 1813 but he was appointed a postmaster in Effingham County, of Eden Georgia. He also lived in Grooverville Ga(1858), and Lowndes County. This is his Day Book/Ledger dated 1858.
