Historical Note

The Valdosta Symphony Guild was founded in 1990 to support the Valdosta Symphony Orchestra through volunteer service, fundraising, and advocacy. The Guild’s members have included major university donors and civic leaders. Their efforts continue to enhance the cultural landscape of Valdosta and the surrounding region.
