2. Handwritten Abstract of Title that accompanies the case from the handwritten documentation from note 1.
3. Typed transcription of the documentation from note 1. This document refers to lot 365 and 372 in the 8th district of Colquit (sic) County, lot 6 in the 17th District of Thomas County, and lot 20 in the 17th District 3rd Section of Bartow (Cherokee) County Georgia. Lots were previously the property of Jas. B. Ponder. Lots were sold by Arthur P. Wright (commisioner) to Daniel T. Forrest, who was the highest bidder. Sale took place on the first Tuesday in January 1877, (1/2/1877). Signed by P.S. Heeth, E.M. Smith, Arthur P. Wright, J.W. Groover.
