1. Handwritten letter of indenture between William W. Oliver and the State of Georgia (Screven County) dated 1/3/1825. Likely a land transaction. Lot number 251 in the 23rd district of Early County. Describes a balance of $237.50 that must be paid prior to delivery. Additional Names: Henry Atkinson. Daniel Smith, Sarah (illegible last name. might be Breskitt, Preskitt), Malcom Ferguson
2. Handwritten faded letter. Dated 1/6/1831. Discusses a debt between William Williamson, and Adam Williamson,. Signed by Allen Matthews and Caroline (illegible last name, could be "Williamson")

4. Handwritten record from Thomas County Clerks office dated 3/14/1839. Discusses lot 411 in the 14th district.
5. Letter of indenture dated January 1850 between Joseph Carroll & Joshua Carroll, and Thomas County
6. Handwritten Certified copy deed from Joseph Carroll to Joshua Carroll. Dated 7/10/1851. Signed by Jared Everitt
7. Receipt on Thomas County Clerks Office letter head for record examination, seal, and clerk certificate.
8. Loan document for Jesse C. Lewis. Lewis borrowed $480 to be repaid over 3 years. Loan used to build houses on plot of land in lot 82 located in the 14th district of Thomas County. Form contains information as to the crop cultivation, number of tenants/laborers, number of animals. No Date.
9. Typed document discussing the coverage of an insurance policy for Columbia Fire Poicy No. 74. The policy was to cover a stock of goods in Boston GA. Fire destroyed the stock on 12/15/1915. Names: A.R. Thomason, North British & Mercantile Insurance Company, A.C. Trice.
10. Various slips of paper containing handwritten notes about land transfers. PDF pages 15-24
11. Bank note dated 1/21/1889. Note indicates that payment is due by 10/1/1889. Names illegible, except for signature by J.D. Carroll.
