1. Letter from E.L. Neel to J.B.Way & Company, firm composed of J.B.WAY and W.H. Geiger. Letter refers to a contract and contains a list of lot locations of turpentine timber and saw mill timber that conveys.

2. Letter/Lease from Sophronia Mitchell and Wm. H. Mitchell, Executors of T.C. Mitchell written to A.N. McBride, M.C. Sheffield & Company. Contains list of lots with timber. End of letter contains a note that says "J.W. Reid never qualified as Executor of T.C. Mitchell.

3. A. N. McBride, M.C. Sheffield and T.A. Lanier to T.J. Pinson and M.M. Kendall. "Conveys timber on lands described in Mitchell lease above with the same rights and priveleges and subject to same restrictions"

4. T.J. Pinson and M.M. Kendal to Pinson, Kendal & Co., a firm composed of T.J. Pinson, M.M. Kendal, and S.F. Floyd. Timber lease assigned to firm June 24, 1904.

5. Letter from The Downing Company to Col. J.H. Merrill. Letter states that The Downing Company has no claim against the property referred to Pinson, Kendal & Co after the company sold their business to Metcalf Naval Stores CO.

6. Various notes by M.M. Kendall and T.J. Pinson that discuss the Mitchell timper lease. One note claims that there conveys 1/3 undivided interest in all property now owned by Metcalf Naval Stores Co., a firm composed of J.B. Way, T.J. Pinson and S.F. Floyd

7. Note from Metcalfe Naval Stores Company to P.D. Phillips and J.J.L. Phillips regarding Mitchell estate timber

8. Note from P.D. Phillips and J.J.L. Phillips regarding the timber from the Mitchell Estate

9. (Page 7) Division of Estate of Elijah Neel in Book U. Paper recites the distribution of land in shares in the Estate of Elijah Neel

10. (page 9) Note indicating that Isaac W. Mitchell made a Will on December 27, 1856 which was probated July 7 1862, recorded in book H. In which he gave all of his property to his two songs, William C. Mitchell and Thomas C. Mitchell. Note indicates that William C. Mitchell died and left no heir, thus making T.C. Mitchell the sole heir.

11. J.B. Way and W.H. Geiger, comrpising firm of J.B. Way & Company to J.J.L Phillips and P.D. Phillips. Conveys saw mill timber on same land and in the same terms set out in preceding deed from E.L. Neel to J.B. Way & Company.

12. (Page 14) T.C. Mitchell made a will in Book J which was probated September 12, 1903 in which he names Wm. H. Mitchell, J.W. Reid and Sophronia Mitchell, Executors. Executors were given full authority to sell at public or private sale without court order. Lists the properties in the order in which T.C. Mitchell preferred them to be sold.
