In 1960 the Georgia Assembly set up a committee on schools, ordered it to hold hearings throughout Georgia and find out how people felt about the future of their schools. Snake Nation Press is a small publishing company based in Valdosta Ga. Founded by Roberta George, they published their first review in 1989, and except for a brief hiatus in '99, have released them yearly.
