Vice President for Academic Affairs
These are the annual reports of each department that reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs/Provost. All of these are aggregated to create the final document--the institutional Annual Report. These span from the 1990s-present day, and also include correspondence to the Regents as well as factbooks. Also included are older materials such as GSWC Fact Books.
Vice President for Business and Finance
This collection contains Valdosta State's Financial Reports from 1978-1996, 2000, 2001, 2004, 2007. Also included are various files from Business and Finance involving insurance policies, and bank related paperwork.

A scrapbook donated by Virgina Bennett. It is currently on display in the '100 Years' Museum on the 4th floor of the library.
Volleyball
The VSU Vollyball team was reinstated in 1995 after a 14-year break, and played its first season under coach Paul Cantrell. A 1995 program with a schedule is available for this sport.

Course Catalogues Bulletins contain information regarding academic programs, school regulations, and procedures of the college. This collection has Catalogues/Bulletins from Georgia State Woman's College(1935-1950), Valdosta State College (1950-1992), and Valdosta State University (1992-present).
VSC Collection - Miscellaneous Subjects
This collection contains materials published by Valdosta State College. The first box contains picture booklets published by the college "reflecting" on past years, from the 1930s, 1966, and 1970.The items from the second box are mostly informational/promotional flyers, pamphlets, and brochures from the 1970s and 1980s. These items are mostly meant to be informative about the services available at Valdosta State.

VSC/VSU Foundation
The VSC/VSU Foundation was founded in 1963. The mission of the Valdosta State University Foundation, Inc. is to support the development of educational excellence at Valdosta State University. This collection contains pamphlets, memos, publications, and financial reports dating from the beginning of the Foundation until the 90s.
VSU Ambassadors
The VSU Ambassadors was a student group founded by President and Mrs. Bailey to assist with Alumni and other events.This collection contains many artifacts from the VSU Ambassadors including, but not limited to, slides, photographs, t-shirts, banners, and an assortment of files. Though there are a few earlier items, most of the dates are from the 1980s & 1990s.
VSU Jazz Ensemble 2017
VSU Mace
Correspondence exchanged concerning acquiring a Mace for Valdosta State College. Fluker Stewart had been attempting to get one since 1969. The mace referred to in this correspondence is in Archives Storage, while the current mace is in the President's office.
