F. Ruth Carpenter
Frances Ruth Carpenter was the first art teacher at South Georgia State Normal College, and she taught at the school until her retirement in 1949. She represented the start of what would later develop into the Fine Arts Department. These are three paintings done by her.

Facilities
Contains a general nation-wide Facilities Survey of Colleges and Universities for the United States published in 1965.. This involves statistical data concerning the amount of space that college or universities have, what conditions these facilities are in, and how they are used. Also includes is a list of events for Valdosta State 1992-1993, and in which facilities they were held.
Facsimiles
Facsimiles of historical title pages (1600s-1700s), and an antique Bible. Also included is a Chart of American History, 1600-1800's.
Faculty Grievance Committee
The purpose of the Faculty Grievance Committee is to conduct inquiries and address grievances through mediation for faculty who have exhausted appellate channels. This collection contains the Report of the Grievance committee for 1987, and the minutes of the faculty affairs committee meeting September 1989.

Felton Davis Collection
Lieutenant Colonel Felton Davis was a well known Valdosta architect and engineer who was appointed Director of the Repairs and Utilities Branch in the Northwest District of the US Army's Sixth Service Command 1945. This collection contains a Report proposed by Davis: Proposal of Movable Excesses in Northwest District (1945). Also it contains: The Canol Project, a historical account of the American defense projects in Northwest Canada and part of Alaska dated 1943.
Financial Aid
This collection involves financial aid information the bulk of which is from the 1970s. The first box contains informational booklets and forms while the second holds files on specific scholarship/funds/gifts.
Financial Services
These papers were donated by Michael M. Black in 2004. They are copies of original agreements and correspondence which established certain endowments and scholarships. The dates vary on the documents ranging from 1938-1996.
Fluker Stewart Papers
Fluker Stewart (1921-2006) was Director of College Relations for Valdosta State College from 1966-1985. He was an integral part of the College Faculty, and kept meticulous record of all that he did. Not only did he maintain all of his correspondence from his time at Valdosta State, he also collected newspaper clippings that were college-related. His collection provides a good picture of college affairs from the late sixties to the mid-eighties.
