Scope and Contents Frances Hurn Harper was an alumni of Georgia State Womans College who attended in the late 40s. Some of her possessions concerning the college were donated to the Valdosta State University Archives by her daughter Peggy Harper Riggins. She kept many programs from school events, handouts, and college regulations. Also found were student roster/address lists.
