Scope and Contents These seven folders contain tributes to the educational work of Carl Vinson, Richard Russell, Walter George, Shell Hartley, Ambrose Cleaveland, Edward Cox, M.D.Collins Several of them concern the Georgia Vocational Education.  There are also photocopied photographs of African American schools such as the Magnolia Colored school in Lowndes County and the work of the Vocational Education program with these schools.  The tributes were written by Shell E.
