Mark Stevens Memorial Blood Drive
The Mark Stevens Memorial Blood Drive began in 1975 as a tribute to Mark Stevens a Valdosta State College student and native Valdostian who was killed in a gun accident in October 1975. The collection contains information concerning the history of the blood drive, organizational information and participants. The date spans from 1975-1988.

Parent's Handbook
The Parent's Handbook was a booklet produced by Valdosta State College for the parents of incoming freshmen. It was distributed at Orientation as a way to help parents understand how the school worked, and to offer advice on how to best help their child as they entered school.
