This unfinished condensed score only includes the Theme and third variation with the tempo marking as "Allegretto" where in the parts, the third variation lists "Allegro vivace" as the tempo.

These manuscripts were contained within a Martin Band Instruments mini folder which indicates it at one time also stored the 6/8 Fanfare of which the sketches from Box 8, Folder 5 match.

Scope and Contents For Tubas (2). Seemingly handwritten in pencil then photocopied. Indicates "Tuba" at top left corner. This seemingly is the Tuba part to Huxford's "Suite for Wind Ensemble" which he completed to meet the requirements for his dissertation for Florida State University where he earned his Master's degree in Composition. The Tuba part also includes a location and date "Tallahassee - August 1960" However, his "Suite" does not include "Tuba" specifically in the instrumentation, only "Bass."...
