The last leaflet contains a finished, untitled piece for school band handwritten in pencil. It is in condensed score and contains the key signature of B-flat major in 6/8.

Recorded by WKTG at the American Bandmasters Association Convention, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, held March 6-9, 1957. Conducting the U.S. Air Force Band was William T. Verran of Cairo, to which the work was dedicated.
