Scope and Contents
This folder consists of one letter of support and Thompson’s response between Mr. and Mrs. Conger, a postcard advising Thompson to use Eugene Talmadge’s platform in order to win Talmadge supporters, a Western Union telegram from the state capitol noting that the Decatur County Teachers Association voted confidence in adequate funds for school programs promised by Talmadge, and a reservation for a double room at the Henry Grady Hotel in Atlanta.
