Brubaker and Norman became co-First Offices of CoG for the 1982 year with the responsibiity of organizing the next Grand Council
THe 1982 Grand Council became the first to be outside of California and evolved to be a part of a festival; the 1982 Grand COuncil occured during the Pan Pagan Festical on September 9-12 co-sponsered by CoG and Council of Sacred Earth
1983, CoG sponsored its own festival dubbed MerryMeet
