The event was sponsored by The Aquarian Tabernacle Church, The Venusian Church, and the Oregon Pagan Council. The conference was held just prior to MerryMeet of the Covenant of the Goddess, which was held in Seattle.

The Pan-Pagan Festivals for 1979 and 1980 were sponsored by the Midwest Pagan Council, a network of Covens, Temples, and other Magickal Pagan groups from Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana & other states. Seeking to bring about cooperation and understanding among those working with Magickal ways of Nature, the Pan Pagan Festival each year brings together Pagans from many paths & traditions from throughout the U.S. to share knowledge and energy.
