The William W. Knight Civil War Letters Collection consists of correspondence authored by William Washington Knight during his service in the Civil War. The letters are addressed to his wife and father, and provide personal insights into his experiences on the battlefield. The collection includes copies of the original letters, dating from 1861 to 1863, and contains 37 handwritten letters.
