These are the annual reports of each department that reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs/Provost.  All of these are aggregated to create the final document--the institutional Annual Report. These span from the 1990s-present day, and also include correspondence to the Regents as well as factbooks. Also included are older materials such as GSWC Fact Books.

Whitehead Camellia Trail

Scope and Contents The Whitehead Camellia Trail was donated as a Christmas gift in 1944 to Georgia State Womans College. Mrs. Jewel Whitehead donated 150 camellia plants to the college, and took the time and effort to plant them on the north end of the main campus amongst some pine trees. She continuously worked on the trail throughout the rest of her life, adding new flowers and keeping up the old ones. Women's Studies Oral History Project

Scope and Contents The Women's Studies department was started circa 1992. This collection contains general files from the 1990s of the department including materials from the annual Women's Studies Conference hosted at Valdosta State. However, the majority of material deals with the Oral History Project.
